SAYEENI tahini is a dietary treasure with a velvety texture, an enchanting and intense sesame aroma and a golden colour, the source of a plethora of beneficial ingredients for the human body. It is milled in a traditional millstone without being hulled, in order to preserve all of its organoleptic characteristics intact, and constitutes an important source for fibres. The sesame paste ensuing from milling is processed under a moderate thermic load, in order to preserve 65% to 70% of its vitamins and valuable nutrients, such as the enzymes and essential oils of the raw seed.
The process above gives us a product with a high nutritional value, unpasteurized, free from salt, sugar, animal-derived additives, food dyes, taste improvers and harmful chemical pesticides and insecticides. Our sesame comes from regions where farmers show respect and love towards our environment and adopt mild production methods. This way, they offer a raw ingredient which is pure and natural, the raw ingredient we deserve!
